And they need to work from that point, back, getting smaller and smaller members, less significant members if you will, until if becomes manifest that participation in the organization and activities is no longer worth it. The military must be used because the main law enforcement, the FBI, sympathizes with them, and care must be taken in choosing the military members for participation, they cannot be compromised.
