La Policía Nacional ha detenido en Melilla a un hombre de 21 años con nacionalidad española y de origen marroquí, por sus actividades de adoctrinamiento a través de Internet y de las redes sociales como parte de su apoyo a la estrategia de reclutamiento del Estado Islámico.

Según el Ministerio de Interior, el detenido, que había sufrido un intenso proceso de radicalización en el que su actividad delictiva había ido evolucionando, era “muy discreto en Internet”, mostraba siempre un perfil privado en redes sociales sólo accesible para sus “amigos”.

El material al que accedía, de contenido muy violento y explícito, muestra un importante dominio de la red, ya que éste se distribuye a través de una red de comunicaciones de difícil acceso para dificultar su localización.
